While studying Management in Berlin, Rico began his career working as a Manager for Berlins renown Techno/ House club “Chalet” in the heart of Berlin’s Kreuzberg.Surrounding himself with artists, creatives and the fascinating people that Berlin’s club culture produces, Rico found his passion in the music and creative business.

Through some coincidences he got to meet Irish singer-songwriter Enda Gallery (delush) and his business partner Habib Lesevic who both invited Rico to help them build a media company from their collective called Welcome to the New World.Soon Rico started to take responsibility in managing artist’s careers and building a record label and management agency for artists like delush, Tolü Makay, Willzee and Strange Boy.

Today Rico directs the Berlin based company with his partners and manages above mentioned artists as well as co-leading vision of Welcome to the New World and its collective of more than 100 creatives
